Sophomore Year: Hayden was a starting pitcher and played both the infield and outfield at Caledonia for Coach Brian Braat. Hayden had 36 strike outs in 31 innings with a 4.20 ERA. He worked his way up to batting 4th in the line up by the end of the year with a .333 batting average, OBP of .410, slugging percentage of .519, with 7 doubles and 1 home run in 54 at bats.
Junior Year: In 2010-11, Hayden will be entering his junior year at Caledonia under new coach Pat Gillies.
Personal Information: This will be Haydens first year with Elite. Hayden has a lot of potential as a pitcher and has played infield most of the time. He has been working on hitting from both sides of the plate. He was also the starting QB at Caledonia his junior year. Was a starter on the basketball team until this junior year when he decided to spend the winter working on this baseball skills.
